Retirement Program
MCE's Day Habilitation Retirement program is a community based program that offers daily stimulation to those who have retired from the paid work force. These people are ready to enjoy life and participate in community opportunities and adventures at their chosen pace to keep their minds and bodies active.
Some of the activities on the agenda for these consumers may be crafts, daily exercise, leisure activities, outings, organizing the annual craft sale, having coffee with residents from retirement homes, shopping, lunching or volunteering.
Staff to consumer ratio is 1-4.
