CHEYENNE C.A.R.E.S.
Cheyenne C.A.R.E.S. (Community, Activities, Rehabilitation, and Employment Services) is a phone based, computer assisted case management and referral system. Cheyenne C.A.R.E.S. is designed to serve individuals with acquired brain injuries or other disabilities by providing easy telephone access to appropriate community services. In addition, home visits are conducted to help supplement the phone contact. This service is available to anyone with a disability.
