Services and supports available to persons with disabilities include:
* Assessment of career interests, skills and support needs
* Career planning
* Assistance and support in developing quality employment
opportunities

Education and support in developing resumes, applications and
interview skills
* Development of natural and planned supports
including job
coaching as needed to ensure successful employment
* Opportunities for inclusion through education,
training, advocacy,
social interactions, invitations to participate, behavioral supports
and planned activities
* Ongoing support and follow along services may be provided as
needed
